Vietnam and Cambodia are two close neighbors and have a long-standing traditional relationship. The two nations have united, shared and supported each other in times of difficulty and tribulation, fighting and sacrificing to bring peace, independence and happiness to both Vietnamese and Cambodian peoples. Inheriting and promoting the tradition of good support between the two countries and two peoples, Dak Nong and Mondulkiri provinces have been making efforts to cultivate the solidarity and friendship that the Party, Government and people of the two countries have worked hard to build. Over the past years, the friendly cooperation relationship between the two provinces of Dak Nong and Mondulkiri has achieved positive results in the fields of socio-economic, security and defense. The signing of an agreement on socio-economic development cooperation for the period 2010 - 2015 and period 2016 - 2020 between the two provinces of Dak Nong - Mondulkiri is a testament to the friendly cooperation relationship between the two localities; Leaders and people of Dak Nong appreciate this special loyalty, which the Party, government, people and armed forces of Dak Nong province concretize by concrete actions through visits, propose solutions, action plans for implementation. It is expected that at the end of this November, the two provinces will continue to sign the Socio-Economic Cooperation Program for the period 2022-2026 to serve as a basis for promoting comprehensive cooperation in economy, culture and trade, tourism and investment between the two sides in the near future.
