Therefore, developing businesses that apply, transfer, research and develop, produce products, platforms and solutions based on digital-tech, Vietnamese digital-tech businesses to promote innovation plays a key role in realizing the opportunities and potentials that digital transformation brings when bringing digital technology into all areas of social life, to every citizen; to develop digital economy, build smart cities, e-government, apply digital-tech achievements widely in socio-economic fields and carry out national digital transformation.
Types of digital-tech businesses that need to focus on development include: Corporations, large commercial and service enterprises in socio-economic fields, which shift their operations to digital-tech and research investment core technology;
The Information technology enterprises affirmed that the brand undertakes the pioneering missions of researching, developing, mastering digital technology and being proactive in production; Entrepreneurs apply digital technology to create new products and services in socio-economic sectors and fields; Startups innovate and create in digital technology.
However, up to now, there is no digital technology enterprise in Dak Nong province.

The People's Committee of Dak Nong province has issued Plan No.233/KH-UBND dated May 8, 2020 on developing digital technology enterprises in Dak Nong province in the period of 2021-2025 and 2026-2030.

Review institutions, policies and specialized business conditions, simplify the technology management procedures of enterprises to facilitate the development of digital technology enterprises in the field of management and increase investment for application and technological innovation of enterprises including administrative procedure reform, publicity and transparency of policy information;
