Delegates to the session

At the meeting, delegates discussed and considered investment policies for 03 health projects under the Socio-Economic Recovery and Development Program, including: Investment projects on new construction, renovation, upgrading and procurement of equipment for the Provincial Center for Disease Control; Investment project to upgrade and procure equipment for 08 district-level medical centers; Investment project to upgrade and renovate 09 commune health stations. The total investment capital of 03 projects is  132 billion VND.

After discussing and commenting on the above 03 projects, the 5th Symposium of the Provincial People's Council unanimously approved 3 Resolutions including: Approving the project policy of investment in new construction, renovation, upgrading and procurement of equipment for the Center for Disease Control of Dak Nong province; Approving the policy of investment projects to upgrade and procure equipment for 8 district-level medical centers; Approving the policy of the investment project to upgrade and renovate 9 commune-level health stations.

In his closing remarks, Comrade Luu Van Trung, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council emphasized: The resolutions adopted at this session are very important, contributing to upgrading and renovating facilities and infrastructure of medical facilities,  improve the capacity of disease prevention and control, the quality of medical examination and treatment for people. He requested the Provincial People's Committee to urgently complete the dossier and procedures for reporting to the Central Government in accordance with the prescribed time (before 30^th of August 2022); At the same time, direct the implementation of investment preparation so that projects are soon implemented according to schedule, quality and efficiency. Request the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Council, provincial People's Committees, Groups of Deputies and Provincial People's Council delegates to closely monitor the implementation of resolutions, ensuring that the Resolutions of the Provincial People's Council adopted at today's meeting are held in accordance with regulations.

The 6th Thematic Session and the regular meeting at the end of 2022 of the Provincial People's Council are scheduled to be held in October 2022.
