On 31 May 2018, Dak Nong Provincial People's Committee held the inauguration of the Business coffee model at the coffee shop named Giang Huong 1 located on Le Lai street, Nghia Trung ward, Gia Nghia town.
In attendance at the event were Secretary of Provincial Communist Party Committee, Chairman of Provincial People's Council Le Dien; Deputy Secretary of Provincial Communist Party Committee, Chairman of Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Bon; Permanent Vice Chairman of Provincial People's Committee Tran Xuan Hai; Vice Chairwoman of Provincial People's Committee Ton Thi Ngoc Hanh; Heads of Provincial departments, agencies; along with 30 local entrepreneurs.

Following its inauguration, the Business coffee model would be held weekly on Thursday from 6.30 to 7.30 a.m. This model is implemented with a view to creating an informal, friendly, opening venue for entrepreneurs to meet and share their expectations as well as suggestions with provincial leaders and relevant agencies's heads
The meetings of this kind are also the chances for entrepreneurs to speak straight out what is causing the difficulties or obstacles for their business, which is for provinical leaders to absorb, solve, or assign relevant agencies to help distangle or improve the situations right on site.

At the inauguration, 7 opinions and suggestion of businesses involving the issues like construction, planning, husbandry were presented to provincial leaders, 4 of which were directly assigned to be solved, 3 of which were absorbed, considered and would be assigned to be solved soon.

Making statement at the event, Permanent Vice Chairman of Provincial People's Committee underlined that this model is a channel that allow provincial leaders to directly get a grasp on the entrepreneur community's business state as well as their expectations and suggestions. Basing on that, the province would implement the measures for improving its business and investment environment, innovating administrative procedure with view to creating utmost advantages for businesses to carry out production and do business in the province.
