As part of the series of events to respond to the Digital Transformation Day of Dak Nong province in 2022, this morning (November 11), the People's Committee of Dak Nong province held the opening of the provincial Smart City Monitoring Center (IOC).

Dak Nong smart city operation center consists of 10 modules located in the office building of the Provincial People's Committee, and the ICT center, the provincial Department of Information and Communication. Dak Nong Smart City Operation Center IOC is the brain to centrally monitor all activities of the smart city function system. Through the IOC, it will be possible to aggregate all information and data sources of the province in all fields, providing a real-time overview of smart assets and services. Thereby helping to provincial leaders at all levels have the ability to supervise, operate, support command and manage the quality of services provided by the province as a whole, have the ability to analyze big data and support decision-making; bring efficiency, opportunities to develop industries, fields and socio-economic in the province. The Center supports the administration, provides information and coordinates with relevant units to handle cases and situations that need to be resolved in the province.

In the immediate future, the System is capable of monitoring and managing from overview to details of each situation: Statistics of data and indicators on the socio-economic situation; Statistics and monitoring of health sector information; Statistics and supervision of education sector information; Carry out environmental monitoring; Carry out public administrative supervision; Monitoring and reflecting on the scene; Monitoring of the security and order situation, the system of implementing artificial intelligence cameras for direct urban monitoring.

The construction of the Provincial Smart City Monitoring and Control Center aims to serve the formation of an advanced smart city in Dak Nong province, contributing to improving the quality of people's lives, improving the operational efficiency of the local government. government agencies, promoting sustainable socio-economic development.

Along with the opening ceremony of the Smart City Control Center, to celebrate the date of Dak Nong's digital transformation, the participants simultaneously installed the Dak Nong - C app, which provides support functions for people, businesses, and tourists to reflect comprehensively the activities in the province.
