Continuing the program, on the morning of December 1^st, the 10th Conference of the Provincial Party Executive Committee, term XII, term 2020 - 2025 continued to discuss in the hall, answer and explain the opinions of the delegates' presentation and closed ceremony.

At the group discussion session and discussion in the hall, in addition to the high agreement with the draft reports, the delegates requested the Provincial Party Committee to consider, supplement, adjust and clarify some more targets such as state budget revenues and expenditures; disbursement of public investment capital, revenue from tourism activities; percentage of population participating in health insurance; Vocational training and job placement…

Explaining and clarifying a number of contents, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Ho Van Muoi analyzed the objective and important reasons to attract investment; the ratio of doctors per ten thousand people; forest cover rate; develop global geopark tourism; investment Promotion; Bauxite mining… Particularly in terms of planning, determining the Provincial Planning for the period of 2021 - 2030, with a vision to 2050, has a very important role and significance in planning a long-term vision for the development of Dak Nong province, the Provincial People's Committee is serious and drastic in implementation. To ensure the development of the highest quality master plan, in line with the province's vision and aspirations, and consistent and synchronous with the goals and orientations of the common development strategy of the Central Highlands and the whole country.

The Conference voted to approve the Resolution of the 12th Provincial Party Committee on the tasks of 2023, with 13 groups of targets; Program of inspection and supervision in 2023.

After completing the program, giving the closing speech, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Provincial Delegation of National Assembly, Mr. Ngô Thanh Danh affirmed: the year 2022, with the spirit of solidarity, determination, with creative and flexible solutions, synchronously, the province has effectively controlled the Covid-19 epidemic, boosted production and business, and created a driving force for economic recovery and development. The results of the implementation of the target groups have all met and exceeded the level set by the Resolution, a number of targets have increased significantly over the same period.

Regarding the Resolution on the tasks of 2023, along with high agreement with the overall goal, 13 groups of targets, tasks and solutions in the draft Resolution, Mr. Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee requested Party committees at all levels to promote highly sense of responsibility, high determination, great effort, decisiveness, initiative and creativity in leading, directing, organizing the implementation, striving to achieve the highest results, contributing to the successful implementation of the Resolution tasks in 2023. Especially effectively implementing Resolution No. 23, dated October 6, 2022 of the Politburo on the direction of socio-economic development, ensuring national defense and security in the Central Highlands until 2030, vision to 2045.

The people committee at all levels, branches and localities effectively implement the Provincial Planning for the period of 2021-2030, with a vision to 2050; Socio-economic recovery and development program and three national target programs; carefully prepare the contents to celebrate the 20th anniversary of the re-establishment of the province, ensuring solemnity, practical meaning and efficiency. Relevant agencies shall focus on coordinating in preparing all documents and procedures to submit to the Government for early approval of investment policy in the expressway project Gia Nghĩa (Đăk Nông) - Chơn Thành (Bình Phước); speeding up the progress of key projects with impact and pervasiveness for socio-economic development.

In the economic field, continue to promote economic restructuring in association with innovating the growth model towards improving the quality, efficiency and competitiveness of the economy; promote attraction of investment and resources from outside for development. The management of planning, land and urban areas should be strengthened; focus on disbursing public investment capital on schedule and ensuring quality; promote administrative reform, especially administrative procedure reform...

Party committees at all levels, put more interest in developing culture and society, improving the quality of education, training, health care, ensuring security, improving social welfare and people's life. In the immediate future, prepare carefully for the People to welcome the Lunar New Year 2023 in a healthy, safe, thrifty manner, creating an exciting atmosphere.

Trong công tác xây dựng Đảng, hệ thống chính trị tiếp tục đẩy mạnh, toàn diện trên tất cả các mặt về chính trị, tư tưởng, đạo đức, tổ chức và cán bộ, gắn với nâng cao năng lực lãnh đạo,  giữ vững các nguyên tắc tổ chức và hoạt động của Đảng; năng lực chỉ đạo, điều hành của chính quyền các cấp và năng lực vận động quần chúng của MTTQ và các đoàn thể. Đội ngũ cán bộ, đảng viên xây dựng tinh thần tiến công, đổi mới tư duy, tác phong, phong cách, lề lối làm việc, phát huy tính năng động, sáng tạo, dám nghĩ, dám làm, dám đột phá, dám chịu trách nhiệm vì lợi ích chung, nhất là người đứng đầu. Cấp ủy các cấp tập trung chỉ đạo xây dựng, củng cố tổ chức cơ sở đảng, hướng mạnh về cơ sở; nâng cao năng lực lãnh đạo, sức chiến đấu của tổ chức cơ sở đảng và chất lượng đội ngũ đảng viên; tăng cường chấn chỉnh, nâng cao chất lượng sinh hoạt chi bộ, sinh hoạt cấp ủy. Công tác giáo dục chính trị tư tưởng tiếp tục đổi mới, nâng cao đạo đức cách mạng cho cán bộ, đảng viên và Nhân dân; tăng cường công tác kiểm tra, giám sát, đẩy mạnh đấu tranh phòng, chống tham nhũng, tiêu cực.

In building the Party, the political system continues to promote comprehensively in all aspects of politics, ideology, morality, organization and cadres, in association with improving leadership capacity, maintaining principles of organization and operation of the Party; the directing and operating capacity of the authorities at all levels and the capacity to mobilize the masses of the Fatherland Front and mass organizations. The contingent of cadres and party members builds an offensive spirit, renews thinking style, working style, promoting dynamism, creativity, dare to think, dare to do, dare to break through, dare responsible for the common good, especially the head. Party committees at all levels shall focus on directing the construction and consolidation of the Party's grassroots organization with a strong orientation towards the grassroots; improve the leadership capacity and combat strength of the party grassroots organizations and the quality of the party members; strengthen the rectification and improvement of the quality of activities of the Party cells and Party committees. Political and ideological education continues to innovate and improve revolutionary ethics for cadres, party members and the people; strengthen inspection and supervision, step up the fight against corruption and negativity.

With the motto of solidarity, democracy, discipline, action, development, the Provincial Party Committee requires each comrade of the Provincial Party Committee, heads of Party committees, authorities, National Front and socio-political organizations to propose higher personal responsibility, self-discipline, exemplary, talk the talk – walk the walk, directing closely, drastically, focus on the main points; strictly keeping the Party's discipline, and the State's laws promote the synergy of the whole political system, unite, agree, create a spirit of exciting emulation in the whole province; strive to complete and achieve the highest results of goals, targets, tasks that the Resolution in 2023", the Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee emphasized.
